Confirmation of your reservation will occur within 24 hours of receipt of your e-mail.

A non-guaranteed reservation occurs when the guest gives the hotel advance notice of the stay without advance payment. The hotel management reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations at 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In this event, accommodations will be provided in the order in which guests arrive depending on the availability of unoccupied rooms.

A guaranteed reservation is made when payment of the entire period of your stay in the hotel is made in advance in full or when the first few days of your stay are paid in advance with subsequent payment of the unpaid portion of the stay upon arrival. For these reservations, rooms have a check-out time of 12:00 p.m. the following day.

A reservation is guaranteed by advance payment of the cost of the stay with cash or by wire transfer no less than 5 business days before the date of arrival or by providing credit card information. At present, the hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard.

In the event a guest with a guaranteed reservation is unable to check-in, the full cost of one day's stay will be deducted from the refund. To avoid these fees, a guaranteed reservation must be canceled no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.

Special conditions are in place for accommodating group arrivals and reservations of 10 or more at the same time. We are ready to consider your registration form individually and offer more attractive rates.
